By using or buying from the Cats by miniblank site, you agree to these terms.

Products: every piece is made after you order by a production partner, machine embroidered as its page says. Colours can vary slightly from piece to piece, and images are for illustration.

Prices and payment: prices are shown in your local currency where the store sells in it, otherwise in Saudi riyals, and include shipping. Some of the largest sizes cost a little more; the exact price shows when you choose a size. Orders are paid in full at purchase. The carrier may collect VAT, duties or clearance fees on delivery under your country’s rules; we do not receive them.

Order acceptance: you receive an email confirmation after ordering. If we can’t fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Shipping and delivery: we ship to the countries listed at checkout (78 countries) under our shipping policy.

Cancellations and replacements: you can cancel or change your order within 2 hours of ordering, before production starts. We don’t accept returns, exchanges or refunds for size, colour or a change of mind; we make it right for damaged, defective or wrong items and lost parcels under our replacements and refunds policy.

Intellectual property: the original designs, text and images on this site belong to Cats by miniblank and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Privacy: we handle your data under our privacy policy.

Changes: we may update these terms; the version published when you order applies to your order.
